I read everything myself. If you are writing about a specific piece, mention the title — it saves us both a round.
Commissions
I take on a small number of commissions a year, alongside my own work. The process is straightforward:
- Tell me what the piece is for — a space, an event, a collection — and roughly what scale you have in mind.
- I model it digitally, so you see the object before anything is made.
- We adjust until it is right. Changing a digital model costs time, not material.
- It is printed at full size and finished by hand.
I also scan and digitise existing objects and artworks, and take on printing for other makers. If you are not sure whether something is possible, ask. The answer is usually yes, and when it is not I will tell you quickly.
Editions
Every piece exists as one large original — unique, and the size it was made to be. Alongside it there is an edition of up to five in a smaller format: the same object at a scale that fits an ordinary room, at a different price. If a work interests you but the original does not fit your space or your budget, ask about the edition.

New work, twice a year
No newsletter in the usual sense. I write when there is something finished, or something to come and see. Leave your email and that is all you will get.
